Our 15 newly built Residence apartments are equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The modern rooms with their own kitchen, bathroom and balcony invite you to feel at home.

The minimum rental period is one month and you have the option to choose between a limited or a unlimited rental contract with a notice period of one month.
