Business Apartments Holzikofen
Our apartments come fully equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartments are furnished and have an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). There is an on-site laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and in the apartment, you will find an iron and an ironing board.
The 14 studio apartments are between 25 and 30 square metres in size, while 10 two-room apartments are between 40 and 50 square metres in size. All apartments are air-conditioned, have electric blinds and are powered by solar power. It is possible to rent parking spaces in the underground car park.
The Holzikofen apartment building can be reached from Bern Railway Station in around 13 minutes by public transport, and the tram station is just a minute’s walk away.

With its picturesque old town, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bern is known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and authentic charm. The city is encircled by the beautiful River Aare, which is a great place to spend a few peaceful and relaxing hours. The city offers a variety of attractions for culture vultures, history buffs, gastronomes and nature lovers alike.
The rental period for our apartments is at least one month. You can also conclude the rental agreement for an indefinite period. In the case of an indefinite tenancy, the notice period is one month. You can terminate the contract at the end of any month, except December.
