Additional Business Apartments in Lucerne
GLANDON Apartments is expanding its portfolio in Lucerne and will offer 15 additional furnished apartments. At Haldenstrasse 21, tenants will live in a central location – Lake Lucerne is virtually on the doorstep, and the train station and old town are just a few minutes' walk away.
GLANDON Apartments has been present in the city of Lucerne since 2006. To date, more than 100 apartments have been added at four different locations. «I am very pleased that we will soon be able to offer tenants in the Lucerne region an even greater choice of furnished apartments», says Severin Glanzmann, Managing Director of GLANDON Apartments. Plans call for 15 additional Business Apartments in a property at Haldenstrasse 21, which will be completely remodeled and brought up to GLANDON's standards in the coming months. The apartments are all furnished and include a kitchenette and bathroom. As is customary with GLANDON Apartments, future tenants will benefit from full service. This means that heating, warm-water, power-supply, WLAN and a cleaning every two weeks are included in the price.
Why an apartment building at Haldenstrasse 21, of all places? «The location is ideal for Business Apartments because it is very central – the train station and the city center are within walking distance», says Glanzmann. The area is also ideally served by the highway, he adds. Another plus: Lake Lucerne is virtually right on the doorstep, and there is a fitness park with a wellness area in the building next door.
With the new apartment building at Haldenstrasse 21, GLANDON will soon be offering furnished accommodation at five locations in the city of Lucerne. A total of around 120 apartments – ranging from basic to upscale – will be made available to national and international tenants. It is not known at this time when the opening may take place.
